Dear Parents,
The countdown is well underway towards our show on Saturday July 9th 2020, in the Helix Theatre DCU. Show times will be 2.30pm and 7.30pm on the day.
With our preparations well advanced the focus is on rehearsals. It is important that every child turns up for all their classes and on time, to ensure they can participate in rehearsals during their scheduled class time.
We will be providing all costumes, but students should have new or VERY clean pink ballet shoes and pink ballet tights for the show. Older groups should have the split sole canvas ballet shoes.
We are looking for volunteers to help backstage on show day. If interested please contact Judy or Karen via WhatsApp or via the email below.

EVENT INFORMATION
Ticket Sales:
Tickets will only be on sale from the Helix Theatre Box Office from 10am on Friday May 20th, 2022.
Tickets will go on sale through www.helix.ie or at the Helix Box Office, DCU. Tickets are priced at €16 each. Tickets will be sold on an unrestricted basis. (so you can buy as many as you want !!) With the speed of ticket sales we have experienced previously we recommend you purchase yours as soon as available. Please note Helix policy requires tickets for everyone attending aged over 12mths.
Dress Rehearsal
Reminder: Save the date
Full School Dress Rehearsal day, Sunday 3rd July in Flemington Community Centre, Balbriggan.
Specific timings of the day will be provided closer to the time.
Photo Days
Every show we produce a commemorative Show program, which includes class photos taken in their beautiful costumes. The plan is take these photos during class times between Tues 7th June – Monday 13th June. Please ensure you attend your class during this week. Anyone with any objection to your child being included in the class photo, please do let us know in advance.
Performance Recording
Both performances on the day will be filmed, and DVD / Download will be available to purchase. More details to follow.
